🌿 21-Minute Chakra Journey — Deep Rest Yoga Nidra One session will reset you. Regular practice will transform you.
WHO THIS IS FOR:
• Anyone feeling emotionally drained, scattered, or energetically depleted
• People who want deep rest but find traditional meditation difficult
• Mothers and caregivers who need restoration in a realistic amount of time
• Beginners curious about chakras, Yoga Nidra, or energy-balancing practices
• Experienced practitioners who want a short, repeatable nervous system reset
WHAT IT DOES:
This 21-minute guided Chakra Yoga Nidra leads your awareness through the body’s seven main energy centers using breath, color, imagery, and intention. Julia guides you through a traditional Yoga Nidra sequence while your body rests completely still, allowing mental activity to soften and your attention to gradually turn inward.
HOW IT HELPS:
Yoga Nidra supports deep physical stillness while awareness remains gently present. The chakra journey adds an energetic map, helping you notice where you may feel guarded, depleted, disconnected, or ready to open.
The practice may help quiet mental noise, release physical tension, support nervous system down-regulation, and restore a greater sense of emotional and energetic balance. You do not need to understand the chakras or visualize everything perfectly. Simply lie down, listen, and let the practice meet you where you are.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR:
This is not an active yoga class, an eight-hour sleep track, or a personalized recording. It may not be the right choice if you prefer silent meditation or a completely non-spiritual relaxation practice. There is nothing to perform or master, but the journey does include guided chakra imagery, gentle music, and Julia’s voice throughout.
Perfect for an afternoon reset, emotional rebalancing, post-work decompression, or a calming transition before sleep.
From Julia King — yoga teacher (20+ yrs), certified in Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, author of Reset in a Snap. More at restandresetstudio.com
